Midweek Boost: The Courage of Small Acts

“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.” — William James

Reflection

By midweek, momentum can waver. The big visions feel far and the to-dos lengthen. Courage doesn’t always roar — it whispers in small choices: sending the message, making the call, showing up to the workout, or offering your opinion in a meeting. Each small act is a stitch in the fabric of a braver life.

When the path feels unclear, smaller, repeatable acts become the compass. They compound. Ten small consistent actions beat one heroic push. Today, redefine bravery as consistency.

Micro-Courage Challenge (all day)

Choose three micro-courage acts you’ll do today:

Speak up once in a conversation (share a truth or idea).

Do one small thing that supports your goal (reply to that email, write 200 words).

Celebrate one small win before bed (speak it aloud).

Journal Prompt

What small act today would feel slightly uncomfortable but would move me forward?

Practical Step

Create a tiny checklist in your planner titled “Micro-Courage” and check each box when done. Treat the checkmarks as momentum tokens.
